Villa Livia

Villa Livia is a characteristic indipendent villa with magnificent furnished terraces and uniquely designed interiors completely immersed in the nature of the Cilento National Park. The vacation home enjoys a privileged location less than 2 km we have the fantastic sandy beaches of Ascea and Casal Velino and the prestigious Archaeological Site of Elea-Velia UNESCO heritage. The house consists of two units with common outdoor spaces and can comfortably accommodate 10 guests. The first apartment of about 60 square meters has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a living area with LCD TV, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen and furnished patio ideal for spending pleasant evenings outdoors. From the garden you reach a second apartment of about 90 square meters spread over two levels. From the furnished porch you enter, through the front door, the living area with fully equipped kitchen with dining table and a bathroom, on the second floor we find three air-conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room with single beds and a large and comfortable bathroom. Outside we find a large porch with outdoor dining area of about 40 square meters and from a furnished gazebo nestled among the garden flowers, plus there is a small garden, an outdoor shower with hot water and private parking. From the nearby marina of Casal Velino Marina there are fun boat trips to the beautiful coves of Cilento and hydrofoils to the Amalfi Coast, Capri and Sorrento.
