Cilento loft is a modern open space villa completely independent, with private pool, garden solarium and outdoor dining area suitable for lovers of tranquility without sacrificing comfort. Situated in a residential area of Ascea Marina the holiday home is about 1,2 km from the beautiful beaches and the blue flag sea of Ascea Marina and 2 km from the famous Archaeological Site of Elea-Velia UNESCO World Heritage Site. The house is about 90 sqm and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests. The accommodation consists of a large, bright living room with a fully equipped maxi kitchen and a spacious dining room with satellite TV and reading area. Two double bedrooms, one of which is "open" and communicating with the living room and equipped with a double bed and sofa bed, quality hypoallergenic mattresses, a bathroom with shower, bidet and washing machine. The exterior is characterized by the presence of a relaxing patio with barbecue, a garden solarium with private pool, Jacuzzi and large green spaces equipped to relax. The house is also equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, mosquito nets, parking space and free wi-fi internet access throughout the property. The road leading to the holiday home is uphill, a car is necessary for moving around.
