These four cottages are located along a private road leading directly to the sea. The building is surrounded by nature, among eucalyptus, acacia and pine trees on the edge of a residential area that is mainly touristy. It is a very cosy holiday environment, in which you can feel at ease right from the start. Proof of this is the fact that so many families return to the same place, creating a family atmosphere that has become typical of the area.
The furnishing of each cottage has recently been completely renovated. Comfortable and bright, the internal layout of the spaces is such as to allow an ideal habitability: living room with a modern kitchen fully equipped (4-burner cooker, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher), two spacious and comfortable bedrooms with wrought iron beds (orthopedic mattresses), bathroom with a new and spacious shower, large terraces (17 and 25 sqm). Completely renovated, TV-SAT, radio recorder.
The house has central heating with independent thermostat. The surrounding land is completely fenced off with a gate (lockable with a bolt) so that the playground area is both a safe and ample space for children to move around.
You can appreciate at all times a friendly assistance, always aimed at the well-being of the guest, in order to make your stay as beautiful and pleasant as possible. The garages are located underneath the building, and in addition there are parking spaces located - within the fence - directly in front of the houses.
The owner has built this series of houses using excellent materials that will last over time and that make the Villas of Velia modern and comfortable structures: using the solar panels installed on the roof, the heat of the sun heats the water used inside (bathrooms and kitchens) and outside (outdoor showers in the garden). This is just one of the advantages provided by the builder. There is also a washing machine accessible from the garage area available to all.
The ornamental garden at the side of the terrace has been lovingly decorated by the owner's wife with roses, hibiscus, dwarf palms and flowering plants and you can buy the exquisite extra virgin olive oil produced and bottled by the owner.

LE VILLE DI VELIA despite being surrounded by greenery enjoys an excellent location: within a radius of 400 meters you can find a supermarket, several cafes, and a pizzeria all within easy walking distance, not to mention the sea less than 100 meters away. For sports enthusiasts there are tennis courts nearby (250 m), football pitches (400 m); a riding school (400 m) and a cycle path (5 km uninterrupted along the Marina di Ascea to the cliffs of Ascea Marina) where you can also skate and roller-skate. For those who love social life there is no lack of entertainment: shopping, discos and shows organised especially during the summer.
Easily accessible (even on foot) is the area of the archaeological excavations of Elea- Velia with its tower visible in the distance. From the slopes of the archaeological site there is a wonderful view of the sea.
