The Mare Blu Villas are four beautiful, recently built terraced houses located just 90 metres from the long, fine sandy coastline of Ascea Marina. These modern and comfortable structures, on two levels of about 100 square metres, are equipped with three bedrooms, living room with modern fitted kitchen, two bathrooms with shower, outdoor shower, TV-SAT, grill, centralised washing machine, garage. A covered patio and an equipped solarium complete the frame making these villas the ideal destination for anyone who wants to spend a few weeks in the heart of Cilento without giving up all the comforts and conveniences of a classic seaside holiday a few steps from the sea.

We are located in Marina di Ascea, near the archaeological site of Elea-Velia. The cottages are inserted in a context characterized by the green, behind them there is a beautiful pine forest where you can walk and enjoy the cool of the palms, pines and poplars. In front of them there is a tourist village that from mid-June to the end of September entertains its guests with animation. The beach with its grainy sand is especially recommended for families with small children, who will find clear, shallow waters. During the summer it is possible to practice various water sports such as: sailing, surfing, fishing, underwater fishing, jet skiing etc. The centre of Marina di Ascea can be reached on foot (about 1,5 km). Nearby you will already find food shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos; all in about 5-10 minutes walk without having to take your car. Also nearby there are tennis courts, a riding school and five-a-side football pitches. Easily reachable, at about 700 metres, is the archaeological area of Elea-Velia, a must for anyone who wants to get to know the birthplace of Parmenides.

The cottages on the ground floor have a comfortable living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (4 hotplates, electric oven, fridge with freezer), a double bedroom with two bedside tables, three-door wardrobe, small balcony, bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms with two or three beds, a second bathroom with shower. The covered patio (about 18 sqm) together with an equipped solarium (about 25 sqm) with 2 sunbeds and deckchairs will allow you to enjoy a pleasant holiday. The villas are completely fenced and have a garage. The Mare Blu Villas are located in a cul-de-sac, with little traffic, from which you have direct access to the beach.
