The fully equipped kitchen with fridge, induction hob and dishwasher, dining room with table, chairs, sofa and flat screen TV. The four double bedrooms with quality mattresses have private bathrooms with shower and bidet. Outside there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool with an exclusive view of the sea and the archaeological site of Elea-Velia. The services of the villa are the pleasant panoramic swimming pool 3 mt × 8 mt, the solarium garden, the patio where you can admire authentic sunsets, the private parking and wi-fi. The road leading to the villa is uphill, so a car is necessary to move around.
