Only 300 meters away we have the Conad Supermarket, the center of Marina di Ascea is about 400 meters away, nearby we find restaurants and pizzerias. Villa Anna definitely represents the ideal destination for anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant stay a few steps from the sea.
The house(about 120 sqm), is arranged on three levels and has on the first floor: large Patio at the entrance with two-seater sofa and two armchairs with small table, additional wood-steel table with 4 chairs. At the entrance we have a small living room with sofa and a smurf, cabinet with TV. Large fully equipped kitchen with wooden table and 6 chairs, solid wood modular kitchen complete with oven, large refrigerator with freezer, solid wood sideboard, cupboard with shelves and ceramic plates. From the kitchen there is access to a porch through which we reach the garden that has a gazebo equipped with a large table and 2 benches plus 2 chairs, available an outdoor shower. In the hallway we find a large built-in closet. Bathroom on the floor fully equipped with a bathtub. On the second floor accessed by a comfortable marble staircase we have 2 bedrooms, one of which has a wrought-iron double bed, 3-door closet, 2 bedside tables and a dresser with 3 drawers. The other room has two cribs and a closet 2 doors and a bedside table, available a small terrace. In addition we have the second fully equipped bathroom with a walk-in shower. A large tavern is located in the basement where we have a large built-in closet, a large solid wood table with 6 chairs, additional large refrigerator; also we have the availability of 2 sofa beds. The house also has mosquito nets in all rooms, barbecue and fan. There is also the availability of two bicycles for anyone who wants to enjoy our beautiful waterfront.
