In an excellent position, not far from the centre of Marina di Ascea, is the solid complex of Villa Magnolia built in 1997. The architecture of the large house meets all the criteria of proportionality and aesthetics, the flats are well-kept and comfortable, with independent and reserved entrances, perfectly soundproofed, for the protection of privacy and tranquillity. Thanks to solar panels installed on the roof, the building uses the heat of the sun to heat the water used inside (bathrooms and kitchens) and outside (outdoor showers in the garden) of the flats. Each flat is equipped with:

- independent air conditioning (on request);

- central heating with independent thermostat, with boiler fed by "Nocciolino di Sansa" (organic fuel) obtained from the olive groves of the owner of the house. Olive groves from which he obtains the praised Cilento extra virgin olive oil. The green gold of Cilento that you can buy directly from the producer. The spaces around the house have been designed with wisdom and love by the wife of the owner. Integrated between the green areas and the parking area, the garden has been decorated with typical local plants and trees, including the leafy magnolias from which the house takes its name. A picturesque wooden gazebo adorns the garden and the wood-burning oven and grill can be used for pleasant evenings with friends. On the ground floor of Villa Magnolia there are three flats, each with its own entrance directly from the garden. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the ancient city of Velia, especially when at night the chiaroscuro of the archaeological area offers a splendid panorama. The other two flats on the upper floor offer in addition a wonderful view of the sea.

Each flat, which can accommodate up to five people, is equipped with 1 deckchair, 2 sun loungers and 1 parasol, which can also be used on the beach. Comfortable and bright, the internal layout of the spaces is such as to allow an ideal habitability: living room with kitchenette, two spacious bedrooms (orthopedic mattresses), bathroom with shower and large terraces. Fully furnished, satellite TV, radio recorder. Possibility of internet connection with your own PC via LAN or WI-FI (on request). You can appreciate at all times a friendly assistance, always aimed at the well-being of the guest, in order to make your stay as beautiful and pleasant as possible. At guests' disposal: a shared washing machine, children's play area. There is so much to discover: the precious advice of the landlord will guide you through the possibilities of adventurous excursions or quiet trips, recommend restaurants or farmhouses to taste the typical Cilento specialities. An easily accessible location (also on foot) is the Velia excavation area with its tower visible from afar. From the top of the archaeological area you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea. For guests there is the possibility of a guided tour of our olive grove (booking required). Villa Magnolia is centrally located in the village, not far from supermarkets and shops, restaurants and cafes. Nearby is the cycle path (5 km without interruption) that leads directly to the cliffs of Ascea Marina. For holidaymakers arriving by train or wanting to visit beauties such as Paestum, Pompeii and cities like Naples or Sapri, the station is only a 15-minute walk from Villa Magnolia. The same applies to the good bus connections, ideal for short visits to the surrounding area. On request, the owner can also provide a car. Not far from the railway station, Villa Magnolia can also be easily reached by train (shuttle service available on request). A car is available on request.
