Villa Rosy

Villa Rosy is a comfortable and typical small villa hidden in a small cul-de-sac about 150 metres from the long grainy sandy coastline.
Pretty and well furnished, the villa is on two levels for a total of about 80.00 square meters including the staircase. The first level is accessed from the main avenue where there is the entrance door. You enter a large living room with sofa bed and armchair, table and six chairs, satellite TV, kitchenette with a modern fitted kitchen complete with fridge with freezer, four-burner cooker, electric oven. Also on the entrance level is a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Climbing the marble staircase you get to the second level. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with shower and toilet. The bedrooms each have their own wardrobe: one with a double bed with access to a small balcony, and one with two bunk beds and a desk. The outside is very comfortable as behind is a small porch with a dining table with six chairs and a barbecue. At the entrance we have a beautiful covered patio of 25 square meters surrounded by greenery with chairs and table. There is also an outdoor shower (with hot water). Villa Rosy is located in Marina di Ascea, near the archaeological site of Elea-Velia. The villa is inserted in a context characterized by the green, in its vicinity there is a tourist village that from mid-June until the end of September entertains its guests with animation. The beach with its grainy sand is especially recommended for families with small children, who will find clear, shallow waters. During the summer it is possible to practice various water sports such as: sailing, surfing, fishing, underwater fishing, water-scooter etc. The centre of Marina di Ascea is within walking distance (about 1,5 km). Nearby you will already find food shops, restaurants, pizzerias, bars and discos; all in about 5-10 minutes walk without having to take your car. Also nearby there are tennis courts, a riding school and five-a-side football pitches. Easily reachable, about 700 metres away, is the archaeological area of Elea-Velia, a must for anyone who wants to get to know the birthplace of Parmenides.Villa Rosy is a holiday home which, thanks to its position and its welcoming atmosphere, guarantees you a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a characteristic corner of the Cilento coast.
