The house (approximately 120 square meters) is spread over three levels and features on the ground floor: a spacious side patio with a wooden table and chairs, including a rocking chair. At the entrance, there is a living room with a sofa and a television. A spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a wooden table and 6 chairs, featuring a solid wood kitchen set complete with an oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. The kitchen opens onto a porch leading to the garden, which features a gazebo equipped with a large wooden table and a swing chair; an outdoor shower is available. A fully equipped bathroom with a shower is located on this floor. On the first floor, accessed via a wooden staircase, there are 2 bedrooms, one of which features a wicker double bed and a small terrace equipped with a beach umbrella, a small table, and a wicker sofa, as well as a wicker wardrobe with 2 doors and 2 nightstands.
